BAY ANIMAL APP TERMS OF USE

1. Parties and Purpose

These Terms of Use are made between all users who download, register, and use the BayAnimal mobile application and Fatih Sezen (Sole Proprietorship), the developer and rights holder of the application. By downloading and starting to use the application on your device, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in advance.

2. Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

• Accurate Information Statement: Users may not intentionally manipulate the competitive environment and leaderboard within the system by generating fraudulent, misleading, or false study times/data in their profiles, the Pomodoro timer system, or the timers.

• Account Security and Behavior: The security of account information is the responsibility of the user. Usernames, biographies, or interactions that harass, insult, are unethical, or disrupt community peace may be permanently deleted or suspended by Fatih Sezen without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, software code, interface, logo, trademark, and all content rights of the BayAnimal application belong to Fatih Sezen. It may not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Store Terms and Service Changes

This application is offered in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store rules. The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate in-app features, interface, or services offered, with or without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer and Support

The Bay Animal app is provided "as is". The developer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from technical malfunctions, internet outages, or data synchronization delays.
