In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and international data protection standards (GDPR, etc.), your personal data collected through the Bay Animal mobile application is processed by Fatih Sezen (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer" or "Data Controller") as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Your Personal Data Collected and the Purposes of Processing

The following data is processed when you use the application:

• Account Information: Your email address and chosen username (for registration and verification purposes).

• In-App Social Data: People you follow, who follows you, and your profile information (for the purpose of providing the app's following, leaderboard, and social networking features).

• Usage and Productivity Data: Your Pomodoro timer records, study times, and focus statistics (for the purpose of tracking your studies and enabling transparent data sharing between profiles, which is the app's core function).

• Payment and Subscription Information: For premium memberships and in-app purchases, we collect transaction verification data (for the purpose of processing financial transactions and defining subscription rights through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store infrastructure). Your credit card/payment method information is not stored by us; it is processed securely directly by the relevant app store (Apple/Google).

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our secure cloud and server providers, store infrastructures (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) for the maintenance of the application's technical infrastructure, and to authorized public institutions and organizations within legal limits for the fulfillment of legal obligations. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through fully automated methods by downloading the application to your device, creating an account, and using the timer. Your data is processed based on the legal grounds of "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," "legitimate interest of the data controller," and "fulfillment of legal obligations."

5. User Rights and Communication

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and related legislation, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it is being processed, to request its deletion/correction, and to close your account.
