You can permanently delete your account, personal data, and past work statistics, or temporarily suspend your account at any time using the Bay Animal app.

1. Steps to Delete and Deactivate an Account from Within the Application

To manage your account directly through the app, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Bay Animal app and log in.

2. Tap the Settings tab in the submenu.

3. Go to the My Account Information section from the menu.

4. Confirm the action by tapping "Freeze Account" or "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.

2. Account and Data Deletion Request via Web / Email

If you no longer have access to the application, you can request that your account and all associated data be completely deleted from our servers.

• Send an email from your registered email address to info@bayanimal.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

• Simply include your username, Bay Animal, in the email content.

• Upon your request, your account, username, Pomodoro counter records, and ranking history will be permanently deleted within 7 business days at the latest.

3. What Data Was Deleted?

• Username, profile picture, and biography information.

• Email and login credentials

• Follower/following lists

• Completed Pomodoro sessions, timer history, and leaderboard scores.
